This hotel was trying to rip us off. They didn't keep a room for us even though we had paid the whole amount months in advanced. They claimed that I never paid them but I showed them my credit card statement and then they said expedia never paid them. We were then sent to another hotel to stay for the night. For which, they were asking us to pay additional costs. Unbelievable. It was frustrating, scary and completely unnecessary. Expedia has done a poor job of acknowledging their part in this as well.

Buena ubicación en una calle principal y bonito, mal cuidado.
La puerta es un lío para salir por que cada vez que lo quieres hacer tienes que esperar que alguien del hotel te abra y nunca están en recepción, a pesar de tener reserva desde hace meses al llegar nos dicen que están completos.... Nos mandan a otro que resultó ser bastante mejor que éste, lástima que no recuerde el nombre pero está en la misma calle en un callejon alterar junto a una tienda de henna. Pueden mejorar mucho
