This riad has a stunning Moroccan style aesthetic, there are lots of beautiful paintings and ornaments around. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and the sheets and towels were cleaned daily. Very impressed😊

One of the friendliest staffs and cleanest accommodations I’ve stayed at. Surprisingly quiet considering location was walking to most attractions and Medina. Food service on the rooftop was wonderful and relaxing.

The staff at Riad Andalla Spa is extremely caring and kind, especially with making sure you & family feel safe and have what you need. Cars are able to drop off very nearby, so the walk with suitcases is very easy (no mazes), they hired reliable drivers. In addition Abdullah was extremely kind and helpful in terms of advice on how to deal with safety and haggling prices in the nearby souks. The building has really beautiful art, and the Riad itself is a really nice place to relax, with many beautiful sitting rooms throughout the Riad. The dinner, although somewhat pricey, was really fantastic - again very attentive and kind staff. Some words on how accommodating the staff were: clear and easy communication with staff through the Expedia app. At both dinner and the complimentary breakfast, they put a lot of effort into ensuring there was gluten free dishes for my wife (Celiac’s). My parents needed somewhere to wait for their flight for ~5 hours, and there was no problem with bringing them with the driver, staying at the Riad until the afternoon and getting them a driver to the airport. I really felts my family was safe and taken care of - huge compliments to the staff for a wonderful atmosphere!

The place is a hidden gem. It was beautiful! The staff was very kind and phenomenal and always went the extra mile. The food was delicious! Although I didn’t take advantage of their offerings, they have an onsite cooking class and can get you scheduled for tours and activities. I did utilize their ride service…ordering transportation that was safe, affordable, and fast. The rooms were very clean. I was treated like family, like royalty. The area is very safe and walkable. The food vendors and surrounding areas are safe to dine and shop at any time.

The riad is absolutely fantastic, our room was spacious and luxurious. The inside courtyard is a beautiful oasis. The rooftop patio is fantastic. Having just completed 2 marathons in the Sahara desert, a little R&R was needed, and this Riad delivered. Our room was spacious and clean (& the shower was EPIC!). We booked a sports massage, which was exceptional, and we had a traditional Moroccan meal. Every single member of staff was warm and friendly, and this beautifully decorated, perfectly located Riad, offered an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of the Medina. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

Lovely riad in a great location

Riad Andallaspa is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and well appointed. The hotel common areas and the rooftop dining area are lovely. Breakfast was included and was excellent. We had dinner on the rooftop one night - traditional tagine food that was very good. Wifi in the riad works very well. The location is a 10 minute walk to Djemma al Fina center of the Medina, which is not to be missed. Also reasonable walk less than 20 minutes to various tourist sites. Walking is a bit of a challenge with all the motorcycles and narrow streets but you should experience it. The staff at Riad Andallaspa were exceptional - all were helpful, friendly, and spoke multiple languages. Highly recommend this riad.

The staff were amazing. They were very accommodating when we asked to store our luggage before arrival and gave us tips on some great sight seeing locations. They assisted with finding the premises and packed a light breakfast as we had an early flight. We spoke to other post tour travel companions and it seems no one else got the friendly, helpful service we received. We totally loved our stay in our Riad and highly recommend it.
