House, riad style, in Marrakech in a quiet area near the city center (medina and Guiliz) with all shops, arranged for 3 to 6 people. You are 10 minutes walk from the Majorelle garden.
You have on the ground floor: a fitted kitchen, with all the necessary, open on a patio-
living / dining room covered but bright, a double room, a single room and a bathroom; on the first floor two other bedrooms, one with double bed and another with a single bed, a bathroom and a large living room. Access to the terrace which is arranged.
For those who wish to rent for three people, you are accommodated upstairs with access to the kitchen and the terrace.

Un Riad spacieux mais vieux et glacial

La maison est vieille mais grande et chacun avait son espace ; la terrasse est agréable même s’il faut monter 2 escaliers pour l’atteindre ; Bernadette est réactive aux messages ; la maison est bien équipée ; la machine linge est vieille et j’ai du la nettoyer car elle était très sale mais après c’était pratique ; par contre il fait très très froid dans le salon et dans la cuisine , même quand il fait bon à l’extérieur dans la rue , il fait froid à l’intérieur de la maison et cela oblige à rester couvert de vêtements tout le temps ; les petits chauffages ne changent rien du tout car il n’y a pas d’isolation ; la maison n’était pas propre à notre arrivée , on a même trouvé un oiseau mort dans une des chambres ; les oiseaux entrent dans la maison (ouverte au dessus) et font des cacas partout y compris sur la table à manger et sur les canapés et dans la cuisine ; la salle de douche en bas est bouchée , on ne l’a pas utilisée parce qu’il fallait vider l’eau et avoir les pieds dans l’eau froide ; la maison est assez bien placée parce que restaurants tout près mais pour la médina il faut prendre taxi et pour les courses aussi.

Bernadette est une personne très sympathique, qui nous a donné de très bons tuyaux, connaissant très très bien Marrakech, nous avions perdu nos clés à 23h,et elle est tout de suite venu, je recommande fortement ce ryad et Bernadette que nous remercions vivement.

Mooi groot en rustig huis

Erg fijn huis met veel ruimte. Zowel om samen met de groep te zitten of jezelf even terug te trekken. Helemaal in mooie riad stijl. Fijn dakterras om te zitten in de schaduw en zon. Winkels en bus dichtbij. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en snel in de communicatie. Ze bood ons vervoer van en naar de luchthaven aan tegen een zeer redelijke vergoeding.

Ruhiger Ort inmitten der Stadt

Bernadette gab sich sehr viel Mühe uns zu dem etwas versteckten Haus zu leiten, holte uns sogar zu Fuss von der nächsten grösseren Kreuzung an der Hauptstrasse ab. Der Empfang war sehr liebevoll und kurze Zeit später, wussten wir über alles im Haus bescheid. Da wir im Winter da waren, waren wir froh um den Gasheizer und die Elektroheizungen. Das Haus ist zwar alt, aber alles ist sehr sauber. Herzlichen Dank für die kleine ruhige Oase inmitten der quirligen Stadt.

Séjour en famille réussi !

Maison Style Riad très agréable et paisible gérable pour une personne en fauteuil(comme mon père hémiplégique), Bernadette est accueillante et souciante du bien être de ses hôtes, de bon conseil, et nous a conseillé de bon endroits . Le quartier est agréable. Ce fut un Dépaysement total. Encore Merci à Bernadette.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, außerhalb der Medina, aber nicht zu weit weg, um nicht auch in die Stadt und zum Jardin Majorelle laufen zu können. Für den Winter ist die Heizbarkeit sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin! Gerne wieder!

Hébergement conforme à la description : charme typique d'un riad . Propriétaire disponible et attentive qui nous a préparé petits déj. et repas du soir avec goût et soin dans le choix des produits . Quartier calme près du centre pour visiter Marrakech à pied ( voiture déconseillée pour non-initiés ! ) .
