The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, perfect for cooking at home. The double bedroom is air-conditioned for your comfort, and the bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.

Step outside through garden doors to enjoy meals in the private garden with barbecue and garden furniture. A shared green space is also available for relaxation. Additional amenities include a washing machine, central heating, and on-site parking. The lake, shops, and restaurants are all within 500 meters, making this a convenient and scenic base to explore the Lakes of Italy.

A security deposit of EUR 60,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
