Good on a Budget

Kaya apartments are good for those on a budget, the location is ideal with the beach about one minute walk away and the town centre four minutes. The owners are lovely, very friendly and so helpful. Our apartment was very roomy with a sea view and was an ideal base

The perfect place to stay!

The owners were absolutely lovely: the son picked us up in his car and insisted on lugging our very heavy suitcase up to the apartment. They were keen to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable, so we were happy to spend an extra day there. Breakfast on the sunny balcony was wonderful, as was our evening meal there at night. We had all the cooking facilities we needed, and the large double bed was really comfortable. The apartment was a short stroll from a well-stocked corner shop and a slightly longer stroll to the lively marina and restaurants. Datça is a great place to stay - loved every minute and would thoroughly recommend for couples and families.

The property is well located and close to the center of the city as well as to the beach area. I wish the property has better matrasses and pillows, and provide bath towels. Other than this, all was good and clean. You have to clean the property by yourself.

Wir waren gestern füe eine Nacht in der Unterkunft als Famile mit zwei Kindern.Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Apartment im Dach mit einer tollen Terasse und Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren Sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und im Zentrum genauso. Zur Altstadt sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren, der Besitzer hat sofort ein Taxi gerufen. Alles war super.

Yeri konumu çok guzel fiyatı uygun hemen 40 50 mt ileride deniz ve yürüyüş yolu var şehir merkezine de yakın yuruyerek de varabilirsiniz park yeri için problem de yaşamadık sahipleri de guzel insanlar ilgililer çocuklu aileler için ideal biz ozellikle bunun için mutfak bölümü olsun istemiştik memnun kaldık :)

Tatiliniz boşa gitsin istemiyorsanız uğramayın

Öncelikle aparta geldiğimiz gün apart sahibinin o gün konaklayacağımızdan haberi dahi yoktu.Odanın temizliği vasattı. Biz gelmeden önce odanın kullanıldığı şüphesine kapıldık çöp kovaları boşaltılmamış, lavaboda ve camaşır makinesinin üzerinde kıllar mevcuttu. Ayrıca odanın tavanında ayakkabının izi çıkacak şekilde sinek öldürülmüştu ki bu da uzun süredir temizlik yapılmadığını gösteriyor. Isletme sahibi bize odaya ayakkabılar ile giremeyecegimizi belirterek terlik uzattı fakat odanın genel temizliginden bir haber galiba. Konaklama için ödediğimiz ücreti düşününce verilen hizmet ve kalitesi gerçekten kötüydü. Tatili yarıda bırakıp dönmek zorunda kaldık. Apart ile ilgili bu kadar olumlu yorumu yapanlar neye göre yorum yapmış gercekten anlamış değilim. Yorumlara güvenerek gidecekseniz bir kere daha değerlendirmenizde fayda var. Isletme sahiplerini de eğer gerçekten bir hizmet veriyorlarsa buna layık olmaları hususunda biraz daha özenli ve dikkatli olmaya davet ediyorum.
