Villa Sol - The House By The Sea

Vinisce is a settlement located 20 km from Trogir, an old central Dalmatian town included on the Unesco World Heritage List. The settlement has a small port and its inhabitants traditionally live off on fishing and agriculture. Several bays in the surroundings of Vinisce (Voluja, Ricevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sicenica) are known for their magnificent sandy and pebble beaches, as well as for their splendid underwater world, ideal for sports fishing and scuba diving. Vinisce is great for a quiet holiday.

Villa Sol is located in a beautiful, quiet settlement Viniơće, located between Trogir and Primoơten. It is rented as a self-standing holiday house, without the presence of owners or other guests. The house is located by the sea (10 m), with accommodation capacity of 4+2 persons.

Modern kitchen with cutlery, bathroom with toilet and shower, and large terrace (20 m2) with a barbecue are located on a ground floor. Two bedrooms with two beds each (one room with twin bed and another with separate beds), a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, living room with two beds (twin bed) and one more auxiliary bed and large terrace (25 m2) are located on the first floor.
In front of the house, there are two parking places in the garage and additional two parking places in a fenced, outdoor parking, where larger vehicles can be parked.

There is a sunbathing area with sea access on the coast, reserved for guests. In addition to this sunbathing area, there is another large terrace (30 m2), 5 meters from the sea which can also serve as a sunbathing area.

All three terraces have beautiful views of the open sea, an inlet situated across and larger islands Veli Drvenik, Solta and Brac.
The house is landscaped in Dalmatian style with many flowers.

The closest store, restaurant and a coffee shop are located 500 m from the house, in the centre of Vinisce. Infirmary is 8 km away and airport is located 25 km away.

Boats of length 4,60 m with 5 Ks outboard motor can be rented out during the entire stay. The berth is in front of the house.

Nice location and great views

Great location by the sea with fantastic views from the property. Comfortable property with much needed air conditioning in bedrooms and sitting room. Car parking space and garage but wouldn’t recommend if you are a nervous driver as ‘road’ to house is right by sea and only one car width wide with limited space for passing. Sun terrace and balcony private with great views. Only three loungers on the terrace rather than the four shown in photo and one of those was broken. Access to sea at foot of property so able to swim from house. However there was an unclear and slightly awkward arrangement relating to the sun loungers by the sea that were allegedly ‘reserved for guests’ by the sea. We were told on arrival that these were not in fact private and that we would have to get up early to put our belongings in to claim for the day. They adjoined the neighbours private area who were not very welcoming which meant we did not feel comfortable using. In addition we struggled to moor a boat we had hired for the day because the neighbours told us the whole area was private.

Lovely, 3 level villa in the peaceful fishing village of Vinisce

The seaside villa offered a wonderful retreat from the busy tourist areas of Croatia although it was only about a 40 minute drive From Trogir. The owner Ivaca met us at the villa when we moved in to show us how everything worked& to help us with our luggage. The 2 bedrooms & the living room & bathroom are on the 3rd level up + a lovely sun deck with comfortable couch, chairs., & loungers. 2nd level has kitchen, 2 eating tables(1 outside kitchen& one inside). Plus a bathroom & outdoor grill. First level has a gorgeous sun deck looking over the water, access stairs to the bay, & place to park the car. The village has grocery stores & several restaurants. Krupinicas was one of our favorites serving lovely fresh fish, good choices of veggies especially Greek salad. A good alternative if you didn't want to cook. At the little harbor port small fishing boats came & went along with visiting sail boats.

Ausschliesslich Schönwetterunterkunft, unbewohnbar bei Wind und Regen!!!!!!

Bei Wind, Regen und KĂ€lte ist dieses Objekt nahezu unbewohnbar: dis winzige KĂŒche hinter der grossen ĂŒberdachten Terasse hat zwar ein grosses Fenster, jedoch keine Fensterscheiben! Bei Wind ziemlich schwierig, oder? Ausserdem gibtÂŽs in der KĂŒche auch kein warmes Wasser! Wie soll man saubermanchen??? Die Zimmer im 1. Stock sind winzig, bei schlechterem Wetteren sind sie zum Aufenthalt schlicht viel zu klein. Das Waschbecken im Bad hat ebenfalls kein heisses Wasser. Wie Sie fĂŒr ein solches Objekt soviel Kohle verlangen, ist mir ein völliges RĂ€tsel. Ich werde die FeWo Homepage nicht mehr konsultieren!

Traumhafte Lage

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene HÀuschen befindet sich in einem ruhigen Ort. Die Beschreibung des Inserates ist zutreffend. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist phÀnomenal! Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Schön wÀre allerdings eine Waschmaschine.

schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig eher am Ende einer Sackgasse mit einspuriger Strasse vor dem GrundstĂŒck als Trennung zum Mittelmeer. Der Blick ist an der Stelle der Schönste von der ganzen Bucht, da man von dort doch weit Richtung der nĂ€chsten Inseln sehen kann. Das Haus ist sauber, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Dorf ist klein und ĂŒber einen Berg erreichbar. Bis zum Hauptfestland sind es 7 km. Nach Trogir sind es 30min. mit dem Auto und nach Splitt 1h. Trogir ist schon wunderschön und Splitt ist auch fĂŒr mehrfache Besuche gut. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine offene KĂŒche ohne Fenster, so dass keine Lebensmittel herumliegen dĂŒrfen, da sonst Ameisen sich freuen und zu Besuch kommen. Aber das ist nicht wirklich dramatisch. Im Oberen Stockwerk sind die SchlafrĂ€ume und ein kleines Bad. Die KlimagerĂ€te funktionieren gut. FĂŒr jeden Geschmack einstellbar. Wir hatten zu fĂŒnft einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in sehr schönen Haus in traumhafterer Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht und herrlichem Meer

Wir waren mit der Familie fĂŒr ca. 10 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus ist großzĂŒgig an Platz (bis auf die SchlafrĂ€ume) und einem tollen Außenbereich mit offener KĂŒche und Grill. Es gibt viele Stufen und ist evtl. fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen nicht geeignet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Meer und die davor liegenden Inseln, lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Ivica, unser sehr netter Gastgeber, war bei der EinfĂŒhrung vor Ort und hat uns alles genau gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Auch sonst stand er bei offenen Fragen immer sehr freundlich zur VerfĂŒgung. Der kleine Ort Vinisce bietet alles was man zum Leben und genießen benötigt. Die Zufahrtstrasse zum Haus ist sehr schmal, aber am Haus hatten wir gute Parkmöglichkeiten mit Garage (fĂŒr kleinere Autos), im Hof können auch zwei große Autos gut parken. Die ParkplĂ€tze und der Außenbereich ist geschlossen und nur fĂŒr uns zugĂ€nglich. Der Zugang zum Meer ist direkt vor dem Haus. Boje zum Bootanlegen vorhanden. Die LiegeflĂ€chen mit Sonnenschutz haben wir uns mit den Nachbarn geteilt, das war aber ok, da wir meistens nicht zur selben Zeit zusammen unten lagen. Somit waren wir privat und unter uns, was uns sehr wichtig war. Unser Strandbereich musste reserviert werden (HandtĂŒcher, WassersportgerĂ€te auslegen), da er sonst von Einheimischen und anderen Urlaubern belegt wurde. Abends/Nachts hielten sich gerne Jugendliche an unserem Strandbereich auf. Insgesamt konnten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem sehr schönem Haus, in einer wunderschönen Natur verbringen. Gerne wieder!!!

Sehr gute Urlaub

Einreise Zeit vereinbart, gute Kommunikation mit dem HauseigentĂŒmer. Über die schmale Straße gut angekommen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und PlĂ€tze abschließbar. Das Haus war schon vorbereitet, ausfĂŒhrliche Einleitung durch den Vermieter. Allgemein sehr schöne Aufenthalt, 3 Terrassen mit traumhaftem Ausblick rund um die Uhr. Etwas gestört haben die Bauarbeiten von einheimischen Ă€lteren Herrn, der in der Garage gebohrt und gehĂ€mmert hat, und die Mitbenutzer von Wasser Zugang die immer von sonst wo immer gekommen waren, es war etwas aufdringlich, damit haben wir auch nicht gerechnet. Wir hatten einen Hund mit und fĂŒr den war es auch sehr gut, Auslauf auf dem GrundstĂŒck und Bademöglichkeit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert fĂŒr erholsame NĂ€chte. Allgemein ist es ein gelungene Urlaub. Nur zu empfehlen.
