The host goes beyond what I would expect from this type of hotel and was particularly to an older lady who needed special care. Very friendly staff , Laura and Jim made us feel very welcome. Room very clean and comfortable and has all you would need for a short break. The area is really nice , it’s in a busy road but did not bother us . Very conveniently located to Margate main sands - will definitely staff again.
