This three-story, 3 bedroom townhouse sits on the beautiful Trinity Square, just 100 metres from the beach and right on the doorstep of the Turner Contemporary. With stunning green views from the square and plenty of original features, the house combines classic charm with seaside convenience.

Spend your days exploring the vibrant Old Town, strolling along the seafront, or relaxing in your cosy home-away-from-home. You’re also perfectly positioned for Margate’s best pubs and eateries – just next door to the George and Heart, and the Rose in June.

Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this townhouse is the ideal base to enjoy the beach, culture, and local charm that Margate has to offer.
