Amazing Place

If you ever visit Marco Island I recommend this house, it is beautiful, it has a lot of space, the place is very cozy and has all the comforts, you are very close to the beach and many other tourist places.

Amazing House - perfect for families

This was the perfect place for our family! Communication was great and the house was beautiful when we arrived! The house was stocked with all the necessities for kids it made our vacation such a breeze - wagons, beach/pool toys, pack and play, high chair, fully stocked kitchen, etc. We would love to come back and stay in the future!

Home away from home in Marco Island

Kristen’s home truly felt like our home away from home. From the moment we arrived everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The space was cozy yet spacious and it was clear a lot of thought into making guests feel welcomed. Kristen was an amazing host. She was helpful, responsive and kind from start to finish. She was always quick to answer questions, offer recommendations, and made our trip as stress-free as possible. The location was ideal, it made it easy to enjoy the area while still having a peaceful home to return to. We loved our stay so much. We rebooked the home before our month in Marco Island was over. We look forward to returning to Kristen‘s home in January 2027 with our family.

A great family stay in Marco

We stayed with our family that included two small kids and two big kids. The swimming pool was a massive hit and we used it pretty much every day, but one of the biggest pluses was having access to the bikes and the beach gear. We made full use of the bikes whilst we stayed, cycling all over the island - much to the glee of our 6 year old son!

We loved staying here! We walked to the beach 3-4 times during our stay pulling the wagons full of beach chairs and toys for the kids. It was so nice to have everything we needed already at the house. The kitchen is well stocked with basically anything you would need or want. There was an issue with the dishwasher and Kristen had her maintenance guy come and fix it within hours. I would stay here again. My boys (6 & 8) swam in the pool every day and it was awesome to use the pool floats and toys. Overall the house was clean and cozy. Thanks Kristen for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful week on Mendel

Loved our stay. The house is great - awesome location to walk to the beach with all amenities you could need. The house was ready early and we were informed of that so we could check in early which was perfect. The host was very responsive too any questions we had. We will enjoy staying again in the future.

Marco birthday getaway!!!!

This house is amazing! The hosts have gone above and beyond to make your stay here the best experience possible! You never know what to expect when going into it a rental like this, but this by far surpassed our expectations! Unlike other rentals, this rental had spices, paper plates, paper towel, garbage bags, and much more that you would need to get started on living in a home for five days. Also in the garage were bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella and numerous other things! My wife had a wonderful birthday staying at this home!!!

Comfortable stay

The house was nice and very clean. Pink chairs could be cleaned in the one living room. Overall everything was great! Nice large pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kristen was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you!!

Perfect Family Getaway on Marco Island

We had an amazing week-long stay in Beach Block on Mendel on Marco Island. The place was super clean and very nice. The pool was a highlight for us, providing hours of fun and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with a cozy and sweet atmosphere that made our family vacation perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great getaway spot!

Beach block on Mendel was perfect!

This 4 bed home is equipped with everything our family needed! The home is spacious with 2 living areas and 3 king beds! We loved the bunk room too. It is perfect for adults and small children! We spent many hours on the lanai, playing the monkey game (amongst other games found in the home) and of course loved the 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Kristin was a great host who checked in with us periodically!

Beach block on Mendel is a great place. It is close to the beach and all the restaurants. We had a great time staying at the house and enjoying the pool. There is a lot of room for your guests to enjoy also. Kristen is a special person, she is always available to answer questions. We love coming to Marco Island and Kristen is a major part of it This is the second home we rented from her and she is always gracious.

A wonderful stay

We had great communication with Kristin. She provided us with tons of information about activities, restaurants, etc. The house was exactly as described and ideal for our Thanksgiving week. We prepared a lot of meals and found a well-equipped kitchen and pantry. Comfortable beds and nicely laid-out bathrooms made our stay perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Kristin again.

Quick getaway

Great Place to Stay!

I've been staying here for the past several years. My family and I love the place and always enjoy it. The home is roomy and the pool is great. Walking or biking to the beach is very handy with the location of this home. The owner was always prompt with communication. I would recommend this home to anyone. Marco Island is my home away from home and we look forward to visiting every year!!

This house has everything you need for a vacation,plenty of room,well stocked and if you’re missing something Kristin has it ordered and on the way for your next stay. Best vaca!

The stay last week was by far one of the best trips we have had on Marco in April. Kristen the host has an amazing house with all the amenities you can ask for. The house is spacious with all the beach necessities and a beautiful outside area with a gorgeous pool. The property is very close to the beach and a nice walk to the shops and restaurants. Kristen the owner was very quick to answer any question we had which were minimal. I highly recommend this property and will book again with Kristen. Thank you!
