The floor plan features 14 foot ceilings in the Great Room, 3 Bedrooms, Den with sofa/sleeper and 3 Full baths including one with direct access to the pool deck. Featuring upgraded tile throughout the interior, white shaker style soft close cabinets and quartz countertops. The Kitchen has a large island perfect for entertaining and upgraded appliances with built in wall oven and cooktop. The spa like master bath is light and bright with a walk in shower and stand alone soaking tub. The exterior features a stunning coastal front elevation, impact glass windows and doors throughout with upgraded 10' sliders in Great Room and Dining Room, custom heated pool with sun shelf and picture frame screen enclosure. A brand new seawall was installed in 2019 and a large custom dock was completed in 2021.
