We had a fantastic stay at this property! The absolute highlight was the balcony—it was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of the beach and the ocean.Inside, the layout was very practical with convenient sleeping arrangements and comfortable beds. The entire place was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, which we really appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were more than enough comfortable places to sit and lounge throughout the unit.A few highlights and tips: * Amenities: We really enjoyed having access to the pickleball courts on-site. * Beach Access: Getting to the water is incredibly easy. Note that the sand is very dense, so give yourself a little extra time and effort when mounting beach umbrellas. It can also get quite windy right by the shoreline. * The Building: It was very quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. * Location: Super convenient! We were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini-golf. Plus, it’s only a very short drive to Publix for groceries.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located beach getaway!

Everyone and everything was great. Loved the view and the condo itself. Unfortunately for us one of the couples had to cancel, however, we made the most of it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here in the future!Thank you Jeff & Francine!

Loved our stay in this unit!! Was very clean and is as pictured. We had our 91 year old father and two couples for a week at Christmas. The bedroom with the den was an added bonus- husband did a small amount of work while we were there. The WiFi is excellent. Location was perfect! We spent a great deal of time on the awesome lanai! The beds were super comfy- and there were extra pillows in the closets too. Beach was a quick walk out from the main level. Heated pool was a delight. Can walk to restaurants and shopping. South end of Marco location was perfect for our group. The weather was excellent- couldn't have asked for anything more! We would definitely rebook if we return to Marco Island.

I highly recommend this Somerset condo. The location right on the beach cannot be beat! The owners have made sure every convenience is provided for your stay. Just bring yourself and your clothes! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is plenty of beach and pool gear available as well. You can also rent bikes on site. We went at the end of August which was the best time with little to no traffic and no waits at restaurants. We stayed here with our adult children and their significant others. We had a great time!

Beautiful unit. Perfectly located with stunning view. It is equipped with everything you need. This is our second stay in this unit and hopefully not the last one. The owners are always responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed our vacation a lot! The only details that could improve for a perfect stay is that the dryer filter was dirty, the ceiling fan of the den was dusty which did not help for the allergies, and the beach equipment inside the locker were not clean. We had to wash the sand of before using them. Other than that, highly recommended!

Extremely pleasant beach condo. Would absolutely visit again. Property owner very responsive and helpful. Views were stunning and community is quiet and private. My only advice to future renters is to not forget about the storage unit locker on the 1st floor with the beach equipment. We didn't stumble upon those instructions in the guest book until our second to last day and would have made our stay even better.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property, in particular the outside porch is spectacular! The view is outstanding and the furniture on the porch was fabulous. I think of all the properties with verandas I have stayed at, this was the best! Perfect venue for the gorgeous sunsets every night.I would suggest additional and nicer linens, in particular bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels, are included to add to the otherwise perfect experience.

Best unit we have stayed in for some time. Good use of modern electronics for keyless access. Very good internet quality, sound system and quality TV. Furniture was in very good conditions and made the unit comfortable. No problems with plumbing or appliances. Beach chairs were in hood condition and made the time on the beach enjoyable.

Fantastic Marco Island Condo

We are a multi-generational family with 6 and 9 year out girls. Jeff and Francine’s condo was perfect for our family Spring Break. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything. The two provided parking spaces were close by and easy to access. The property is kept on great shape. Access to the beach and pool are very easy. The people was ran into around the property were very friendly. Security was appropriate. The condo itself is as advertised. It is well-kept and very spacious. Views from the balcony are the best. The layout offers good privacy but is also a great communal space. All bathrooms, appliances, etc., work well. There is an easy to access storage bin with all the needed beach accessories. Everything has been thought of. Lastly, the communication from Jeff and Francine was very prompt and friendly. We felt like a guest on their home. We enjoyed the stay so much that we rebooked for next Spring Break already.

1st time staying at Somerset

Very nice condo. Easy access to property and to the beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.(One suggestion would be to update beach closet area.)(Also, not sure why the gym can only be accessed after 8:30 am)

Family vacation

The property was just as pictured! Plenty of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Loved sitting on the balcony with a full ocean view. Location is great as we walked to restaurants for lunch and dinner. Publix is a quick drive. We cooked dinner a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. Overall it is a great condo!

Perfect for family vacation!

We enjoyed this beautiful 3 bedroom condo with our entire family! It even has an extra room off one of the bedrooms that is perfect for children/crib etc. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Beds are comfortable and outdoor furniture is nice for enjoying coffee and sunsets. Would definitely stay here again!
