Nuestra casa en 157 West Flamingo Circle está a solo dos cuadras del camino de acceso a la hermosa playa Crescent de Marco Island y al complejo JW Marriott. Totalmente renovado en 2016, encontrará todo lo que necesita aquí para pasar un momento relajante y cómodo en el paraíso. Nuestra casa cuenta con una espaciosa cocina con encimeras de granito y una gran isla central, perfecta para preparar y recolectar alimentos. Todos los electrodomésticos son de acero inoxidable, incluida una campana extractora y un cajón microondas. Tenemos un plano de planta abierto con techos abovedados que incluye la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar y el área de conversación / lectura. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, baño adjunto y acceso directo a la terraza. El baño principal es enorme con un tocador doble, encimera de mármol, una ducha separada de baldosas de mármol, bañera y armario independientes. Los controles deslizantes de vidrio de la sala de estar y la cocina se abren a la terraza filtrada con piscina climatizada, sillones, set de conversación y un área para comer con capacidad para 8. Nuevas plantaciones, iluminación y cercas crean un oasis privado en el espacio al aire libre, con iluminación para un ambiente adicional por la noche. Para aquellos con niños pequeños, tenemos una red de seguridad que se puede utilizar para separar la piscina del lanai para que pueda disfrutar del espacio abierto con mayor seguridad. La cubierta exterior ofrece más tumbonas y una parrilla Weber. ¡Esta área también ha agregado iluminación para hacer que la parrilla nocturna sea segura y fácil!

Tenemos Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratis y todos los televisores son nuevos HDTV de pantalla plana. Con pisos de baldosas en todo y una política de no mascotas y no fumar, nos esforzamos por mantener nuestro hogar bajo en alérgenos.

Extremely well appointed home! Just as advertised

We cannot say enough great things about ourStay at this property. It was so well appointed with everything we needed & more. I “dinged” the check in process (no fault of host) due to VRBO not accepting my Discover travel card but not stating that was the case when I tried to book. Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable in this home & would book it again. Thanks for a great experience.

Incredible retreat

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. My standard for cleanliness is admittedly high, and it took no time to realize we could fully relax! Every amenity you could think of was available! The beach carts and accessories were exceptionally helpful. The community was so quiet, some of us even napped on the patio. The lap pool was a nice retreat from the beach while the beach cruisers were so fun to ride to the store and to local ice cream shops/restaurants. Kathy was exceptionally responsive also. We've stayed in our share of rentals and this by far exceeds all past experiences! We'll be back!

Great location, great house

We have rented the house over couple of years for a month in winter. House has all the equipment, basic supplies and all. Very well furnished, great pool and easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Once had a problem with the dryer, within 2 days everything was fixed. The owners do respond quickly if needed.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great stay at Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The floor plan was a great setup. We enjoyed eating dinner by the pool. It was a perfect getaway.

All the comforts of home

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Kathy was very responsive.Will definitely book again in future.

Unforgettable Stay Near The Beach at Marco Island

We have stayed several times at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and the care put into every aspect of the house is evident. The interior design is tastefully done, combining modern amenities with a cozy beach house atmosphere. The furnishings were comfortable, and every room exuded a sense of warmth and relaxation. The highlight, without a doubt, is the proximity to the beach. Away In Paradise

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. Great home, convenient location

Overall excellent experience. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

Great House, Great Location!

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

Perfect destination

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

Home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It will be hard not to want to stay here exclusively moving forward. Thank you Kathy.

Paradise!!

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kathy!!

A true home away from home

This house is the perfect vacation home a f is just as its pictured! It had everything you need for the beach and the pool or just to hang out with the family. From the pool, playing games to riding bikes..we did it all. It was literally 5 mins to the beach and the house had all you needed and more! The best beach experience! Very laid back area and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.

Very clean, modern house close to the beach!

We stayed for a week in May with our two kids under the age of 5. The location is amazing! Short 5 minute walk to beach access. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Beautiful house with all needed supplies. The safety fence around the pool gave us peace of mind. Great beach supplies! We will be returning again!

BEAUTIFUL!!!

If you are looking for a "Five Star Location" this is the place! The home is immaculate. Everything you can think of is there. It is a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping or just going out for a bike ride or walk! We have vacationed here several times, and it never gets old. We always look forward to coming back!

Wonderful home!

We cannot give higher praises for this lovely home and accommodations! The space is inviting and beautifully decorated. The pool fence was such a blessing and gave me a piece of mind while we were all enjoying the outdoors. Though we didn’t cook too much I really appreciated the quality kitchen ware. The home offers bountiful towels, sand toys and beach necessities, even bikes. Certainly location, location, location!! Working with Kathy was so easy. Thank you for everything and opening your home to us so we could enjoy a week in paradise!

Great location easy access to beach and ocean 5 stars

Kathy and Charlie took a used home, gutted it and turned it into a 5-star rental. Nothing was forgotten, you have everything available to you that you have in your own home. Nothing was forgotten. There was not one thing missing that you would need..... Throw in the bicycles and all equipment needed to visit the beach for a great visit.. Plus even though while were renting Kathy and family were battling two feet of snow in the Boston area, but still had time to check on us regularly to see if we needed any thing.
