If you’re looking to experience the epitome of luxurious island-style living, then the Esplanade is perfect for you! This 3rd floor end unit, 2,300 square foot condo sleeps eight, with three king bed master suites along with three ensuite bathrooms and two twin rollaway beds. It also comes with two assigned parking spaces in the parking garage.

Each morning when you wake from your slumber, you’re welcomed by the gently swaying palm trees and blue water of Smokehouse Bay surrounding you. As you’re enjoying your morning coffee or tea on the balcony, this view engulfs you and is enhanced by the thought of the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores, and an eclectic mix of restaurants, right below your feet. Some of these storefronts include CJ’s On The Bay, Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, and Cold Stone Creamery.

To add to this, the peaceful image of the promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay is just a look away from any of the storefronts. Who knows? One of those boats might be yours as you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Marco’s dockside restaurants.

Once you make your way inside of the condo, you’ll notice that the feeling of tropical tranquility and luxury follows you. The meticulously decorated interior, with its billiard table, is enhanced by the natural light coming through the enormous windows that surround practically every room. The wooden dining room table looks out at pure blue water just beyond the balcony. The kitchen, with its granite island counter, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook an award-winning full-course meal or a quick seaside snack to enjoy on the balcony.

The bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of paradise and luxury, including sand-colored walls and magnificent furniture. The master suite, in particular, gives you direct access to the balcony and contains an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and glass-enclosed shower. The other bedrooms feature windows to let in the crisp air off Smokehouse Bay.

When the constant view of Smokehouse Bay makes you yearn for a swim, head down to the heated pool and hot tub. You’ll also enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center and a social room.

Wonderful stay

Perfect unit for our adult children and their babies. Everyone had enough room and it was across the street from the supermarket. Had dinner at all three restaurants on the site. Excellent!
