Excellent family vacation

"The house is very beautiful, equipped with everything you need, in a very peaceful neighborhood. The pool is very clean, and the nearby park is a perfect . We rode bicycles and went for walks every day, it's an incredible place. The host was very attentive and took good care of us."

Beautiful Home

Highly recommend this house, we had a wonderful week enjoying indoor/outdoor living with large screened in porch and beautiful pool. Outdoor area much larger than it appears in photos, kids loved it, shade for those a bit older. House clean, spacious and has everything you need, both inside and out, for a wonderful vacation.

Great house with room for a large family

Beautiful newer home! Pool and spa were incredible. All bedrooms with en-suite baths which was a real plus given our large group of friends. Very responsive management company addressed minor issues and all questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Paradise !

House is even better than the photos. Gorgeous and immaculately clean. 4 adult and 2 kids bikes, outdoor garage, warm pool and hot tub. Gorgeous covered and optional screened in lenai which was perfect for morning and afternoon shade. One mile from the main drag. Already planning to book again!

Great House for large family or couples!

The house was perfect for our stay! Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms was so convenient. Nice patio and pool/spa and large dining table to enjoy the beautiful weather. Having the bikes included was a nice amenity and we also rented a golf cart which made going to the beach convenient since not much public parking available for beach access. The few things we had questions on were answered quickly and resolved, great communication. I would stay here again and would recommend!

Summer Vacaction

The home is located in a nice section of the island and close to all the attractions Marco has to offer. The rental manager communicated well with instructions on how to enter the home and followed up with an email during the stay. The home was clean and ready for our stay. We did find all the trashcans overflowing of trash in the garage and the garage was filled with a bad odor from never being emptied and the hot summer temps. While we enjoyed our stay and plenty of family memories were made, the photos of the home should be updated to reflect it's current state for the price of the rental and the way previous renters have treated the property.

Fantastic experience

Our stay at 445 S. Heathwood was perfect. The house is absolutely beautiful. Lots of space and the bedrooms are all very roomy, especially the primary. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (we enjoy cooking) and bikes, beach chairs and beach wagons were available. The pool was perfect. There isn't much of a yard, so for dogs or for kids who want to play it's a little limited, but we were not bothered by it at all. The location is terrific. The house is on a slightly busy street but it in no way hindered our experience - it was actually very peaceful. There's a municipal facility behind the house but you don't even know it's there. It was quiet and hidden behind foliage. We would absolutely stay again.

Simply Perfect

My family and I were traveling to Marco Island for our son's wedding. We needed a home that could comfortably house our family and small fur baby--and stress free! We could not have found a more perfect home. Not only was it located in our preferred neighborhood, but the house itself was really incredible. The house was spotless, well designed with bathrooms attached to each room and very nicely appointed. The pool and hot tub were also a nice addition to our stay and were well maintained. To add to the perfection of the home was its location one block from a beautiful park and dog park for both small and large dogs. The park had everything you would need if you have children and for "the adults" the park had a nice walking path around a lake. The house was within minutes from stores and restaurants. We really loved everything about this home (and the responsiveness of the host!) and you will too! We will be back!

A Wonderful Week

We spent one week on Marco Island at 445 S. Heathwood. Our entire immediate family, all nine of us (6 adults, 3 grandsons) and one grand-dog had a wonderful time! This special trip was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary as well as Thanksgiving. The home is lovely and adequately outfitted. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the hot tub was not functioning properly and the pool lights were not operational. Restaurants were outstanding as were most of the tours we took. We enjoyed the public beach area. We were all excited about this long-anticipated family trip and we were not disappointed.

The house was beautiful and amazing! Pool and jacuzzi was warm and breathtaking and clean..The house was an open floor plan and decor was modern chic..Easily accommodates 10ppl My only complaint was a the first night of our arrival, our teenage sons were swimming in the pool and just being kids -and four police officers with flashlights literally came in the back yard saying that we were too loud ..we were not Loud..we were just swimming at 9:30pm…we got a noise ordinance ticket for $300!!!!! No warning-very disappointed in that..unfortunately, u have to be quite as mice or u will get a ticket even though the house has an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi but u can’t use it pass 7pm-that is why I am giving it a 4/5…

3 generation celebration

It was the perfect house for a 3 generation family reunion Every bedroom has its own bathroom Having our own pool and hot tub allowed us to have many fun family games We cooked most of our meals in the house and the kitchen is well set up for cooking for 8 Having our own washer and dryer was an added bonus The nearby park was great for the grandchildren. Best family vacation ever

Beautiful home and great location

We loved the home ! It was clean , well appointed and family friendly with functional layout . The pool and hot tub were used daily . It’s within short walking distance to a great park , our kids loved the basketball court and the Wednesday farmers market . We rented a golf cart for a quick ride to beach which would be a hike but is walkable . There are three adult bikes available which we enjoyed . The only complaint if any is there is only one tv in the master bedroom , the three other bedrooms did not have one . Not a huge deal but worth noting. We shared the house with another family and had one of the queen bedrooms . My husband and I enjoy a little tv at night but we couldn’t since kids took over living room . The management company was great and allowed us an early check in and offered a great welcome basket . We will stay again !

Summer Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house was located close to shopping, restaurants and etc. the only problem we had was that both air mattress they had in the closets both had holes in them. But other than that we have a great experience! Mark communicated great with us when we needed help and got back to us quickly. I loved the fact that they had things for us in the garage for the beach and bicycles. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a big family/group. It was very spacious in this house.

Mostly positive with some cons

Overall a positive experience. The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, not far from the beach, shopping, and dining. The first day of our week-long stay I had to call Mark about an issue with the pool and it was promptly resolved the next day, which was great. I have to mention two things which I feel could be improved upon. For such a large house there are only 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the master suite. We had four teenagers in our group and there was some negotiating and jostling for the TV's at night and on rainy afternoons, which sadly we had a few of. Also, guests are expected to do at least one load of laundry (towels/bedsheets) before check-out at 10:00 AM in order to expedite the cleaning process. There are signs posted throughout the house to not leave more than 2 loads of laundry for the cleaners, or else they charge $25 for each extra load. The owner charges $300 cleaning fee, so I find it unreasonable to ask the guest to do laundry. Furthermore, this information should be made available upfront to all potential guests but it is not listed anywhere on the VRBO site, which we used to do the booking.

Perfect for a big family

Enjoyed this piece of paradise in Marco Island! Perfect house for a large family including pets! The pool was a big hit to almost everyone in the family… with the hot tub and the big lanai… love that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and it had all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay… will definitely recommend this place!

Amazing home!

We rented this beautiful home for a special family vacation and it did not disappoint! This house was perfect for the 10 of us! We loved the location, amenities, the pool and hot tub, plenty of linens, and how well stocked the kitchen was. Mark (the property manager) was friendly, communicated well, and nice to work with.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

We had an amazing time at this house in Marco Island. Everything was new and clean. I loved the open layout of the house and the back doors that opened right to the pool. It was perfect for our family. The location was also perfect next to the park and not far from the beach. Mark was an excellent host as well. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in Marco Island.

Great home

We really enjoyed the home on Marco Island. Only a mile walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were terrific. The home was clean and Mark was great to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. Wish we stayed longer.

Just a short trip for some fun in the sun! After a few hiccups which were taken care of quickly and efficiently, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a great home and outdoor entertaining area!
