Along the flower gardens, olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, the villa's private park offers many walking paths just for you - a true paradise for body and soul. For more discretion, the villa and park are surrounded by Istrian stone walls. The villa can accommodate up to ten people, has more than 300 square metres of indoor space as well as a beautiful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy your summer evenings with a pleasant meal. The villa is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and every room has Smart TV. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living and dining room with kitchen and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. There is also a separate bathroom and a separate WC on the ground floor. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped for the disabled. The villa is wheelchair-accessible throughout the ground floor and has a terrace, pool and garden. There are four further bedrooms on the first floor, all with their own bathroom and terrace.
