Take it easy at this luxury, unique and tranquil 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Our recently renovated villa has everything you would expect from a holiday home! Walking distance to the beach front, close to amenities, private pool, sunny roof terrace, BBQ, three comfortable bedrooms and high speed wifi.
This sunny, specious villa is home to a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second room is also a double room with en suite bathroom, flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two single beds. This home has two full bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the en suite a shower room, you will also find a guest W/C.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fantastic views over the pool area. Leading from the kitchen is the room terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views of La concha mountain, the peaceful neighbourhood, all whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Our villa is very cosy and south facing so you can enjoy the sun all day!
