LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in the perfect Marina Banús complex situated in the centre of the world famous Puerto Banús. The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, private terrace with views of the popular Plaza Antonio Banderas, and an underground parking space below the building. Marina Banús offers a communal swimming pool, gym, padel tennis court, and 24/7 security. Guests are seconds from the beach and all the attractions of the port.
The master bedroom features a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, direct access onto the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds has access to the guest bathroom, which has a bath/shower. Both bedrooms and living room windows have shutters for security, noise cancellation, and darkness.
The renovated kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property. Guests will find a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and all cutlery, plates/bowls and glassware needed. The living room has a dining area with seating for 4, and an sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
The west facing terrace has a seating area, perfect for an evening drink before heading into the excitement of Puerto Banús.
The apartment has centralised air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and fast and unlimited WIFI throughout. A private underground parking space is also provided.
