Lovely property. Clean & well organised. Stayed in quite a few ‘business managed’ properties over the past 12 months & had terrible experiences with everyone of them, until this stay. Great service! 👍

key card did not work when I returned to the hotel one night at about 9 pm , reception was closed and the telephone number of the hotel went to voice mail, I could not get into mu room for several hours. eventually they responded 3 hrs later apologising. Unfortunately the apology meant nothing as i was locked outside, the fact that reception was closed and their phone forwarded to voicemail is simply not acceptable for emergencies such as a card for the room not working. Unfortunately the card did not work the day before. Before I went to the hotel I had difficulty in contacting them as they would not answer their phone, on the back of this they gave me a speech about new and improved management. What a simple thing like communication is non existent. I would not return nor would i recomend this establishment
