Apartment itself was quite big with a lovely large patio area, also with 2 sun loungers.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and Elviria.

Pros: I stayed 9 days in Philippe´s apartment and enjoyed it a lot. It is in a quiet and tidy complex which is not far from the beach. The balcony is wide and the upper balcony from the master bedroom even provides a small seaview.
Philippe is a very friendly and gentle host, the contact with him before and after the stay was perfect.
I can highly recommend this well-kept apartment in which everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay is provided with a high level quality.

Pros: This was our 2nd stay at Philippe’s apartment. Excellent communication before our visit. Our late arrival wasn’t an issue. The apartment had been updated since our last visit 3 months ago, with a new dishwasher, washing machine and improved tv channels. Great facilities, perfect location for Santa Maria golf club and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Even the security guards on the complex gate recognised us from our last visit, so it very much felt like coming home. We will be back again in the future.

Pros: We can’t thank Philippe enough for his quick response when inquiring about renting the apartment. We loved our stay. The apartment is very well furnished and felt like a home rather than just a holiday let. Everything that we could need was available and the kitchen was fully functional with everything you would need to cook meals as well as a dishwasher and a separate section for the washing machine and cleaning supplies. There was ample towels and extra bed linen for the beds. I would recommend this apartment to couples and families. The outside terrace was very spacious and has a large table and sun beds. Thank you again for our stay. The Stones’.

Pros: De host Philippe staat je bij met raad en daad en is steeds bereikbaar.
Alles is aanwezig om er een zeer aangenaam verblijf van te maken.
Cons: Klein minpuntje is misschien het ontbreken van een BBQ op het grote terras.

Pros: Det var jag, min sambo, min bror och hans sambo som spenderade en vecka i denna härliga lägenhet! Allt har fungerat super! Det var dock inte städat när vi kom men det ordnades snabbt. Säkert bara en liten miss då vi kom väldigt tidigt!
Mycket bra, snabb och enkel respons på allt!
Lägenheten har allt man behöver, master bedroom är super fint på ovanvåningen! Vi älskar området, det är lugnt, rent och snyggt!

Pros: Het boeken en het contact met de verhuurder verliep via mail en was duidelijk en correct. De nodige adviezen ontvangen over routes ed. Het appartement was prima in orde, schoon, ruim en alles werkte en was aanwezig. Bij aanvang misten we een paar badhanddoeken, maar dit werd diezelfde dag nog opgelost. De ontvangst door de vertegenwoordigster van de verhuurder was plezierig en niets was haar teveel. Ook de keuken was zeer compleet. De omgeving van het appartement is rustig. De 5 beschikbare zwembaden werden perfect onderhouden en er was bij ieder zwemband een SOS/lifeguard aanwezig tot 20 uur. Hoewel er geregeld bussen rijden, is een auto wel voorwaarde om het gebied goed te verkennen. Op de wegen (A-7/AP-7) is het verkeer zeer druk en het vereist enige gewenning met invoegen, er zijn nl. geen invoeg-/uitvoegstroken aanwezig. Ook de nabij gelegen stranden zijn erg druk en er zijn bijna geen parkeermogelijkheden. Marbella is wel druk maar heeft een leuk centrum, vooral Malaga en Ronda zijn een bezoekje waard.
Kortom: Het appartement is zeker een aanrader en ook is in het gebied, voor een gezin met kinderen genoeg vertier te vinden. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!
