From the living room and the villa's entrance, direct access leads to the outdoor dining area. Here, the impeccable sea views serve as the backdrop for every meal, creating a perfect environment for entertainment or enjoying a peaceful evening with the sound of the waves.



The fully equipped kitchen features the latest culinary technology, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, and a practical wine cooler for those moments of relaxation.



A washer and dryer are a hidden feature in the kitchen.



Descending one level, the master bedroom awaits, with a private terrace and a private bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, along with double sinks and a toilet. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.



2. Independent guest area



The guest apartment, which can function as a self-contained vacation unit, for example, for the younger members of the family, consists of two bedrooms.

One bedroom is complemented by its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The second bathroom has a shower and a sink.



From the guest apartment, you have direct access to the paradise next to the pool.



The outdoor space features a jacuzzi and a sparkling pool paved with modern-style tiles and high-quality sun loungers, creating a private oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area faces south, so it receives sun from dawn to dusk.
