This fabulous first floor, two-bedroom apartment is set overlooking the Marina of Puerto Banus, just a stone’s throw from all the glitz and glamour the port has to offer as well as the beach, cinema, shops and restaurants. Marbella is ten minutes away by car and the airport is a 45 minute drive away. This apartment couldn't be closer to all the area’s sought-after amenities and entertainment, including a casino, and is just minutes from the golfing paradise of Nueva Andalucía which offers a myriad of courses to choose from.
This harbour side apartment has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is spacious and offers spectacular views from the terrace over the water and yachts below. This fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, leading onto the ample lounge with its 46” flat screen TV.
