There is additional seating area with large flat screen TV and wet bar that opens to a screened porch overlooking the deck and canal.
Upstairs is a well-equipped open concept kitchen with eat in bar, living area with large TV and two identical King master suites boasting flat screen TVs, double sink vanities and large walk-in closets!
This home is perfect for families, couples, and fisherman! Conveniently located close to shopping, grocery stores, and about 1 mile from Sombrero Beach! Florida Keys Country Club Golf Course just across the street!
