A lovely, relaxing retreat after a great day of hunting, fishing or just playing

4 Bedroom, 2 bath A frame home located on Negreet Creek in Toledo Bend Lake, renown as one of the best bass fishing lakes in the US. Nice completely furnished kitchen and dining area with large smart TVs in living room and two bedrooms with Direct TV. Plenty of comfortable seating for watching the game.
Sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 queen beds and one room with 4 bunk beds. Lovely screened front porch with rockers and a porch swing is a cozy coffee spot in the morning or whenever the birds are conducting their performances as you look at the sun glancing off the water. In the evening the firepit or the spacious dock is a lovely way to watch the sun set over the water as you enjoy your favorite beverage.
The carport in the front has a perfect location to hang out and grill while rehashing the days activities.

The well lit dock had electrical outlets for your boats, a cleaning station with electrical outlet for your electric knife and water for cleaning up. Tie your boat up to the dock for easy access every morning or evening. Although we have no launch, there is one available 3 minutes from our camp on Walkerville Road. The fee is $10 and you can then keep your boat at the dock until you are ready to take it out of the water. l

Other than your food and drinks we should have everything you need for your vacation.
