Nestled in Many lakeside, this delightful and clean fishing camp themed mobile home offers three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and a smart TV. 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed. The 3rd New Orleans Themed bedroom has a full and a twin bed. We have central A/C and heat, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, Roku TV in living room and master bedroom and WiFi. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Has a balcony and a screened in porch to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset. Also outside we have a fire pit and a BBQ pit. The Lanan boat launch is 4.5 miles away Only 7 miles to Toledo Town & Tackle and restaurants, grocery store, hardware store etc. Only 7 miles from Toledo bend family adventure park. Games for adults and kids. Full kitchen with pots, pans, Utensils, Microwave, coffee pot and an indoor smores maker. We have a 3 car covered parking for vehicles or boats with plenty of electrical outlets to charge your boats. Often see wildlife like deer, rabbits, foxes, bald eagles and more. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The home was nice, we enjoyed the location. Bath tub water did not get hot at all. It was luke warm at best. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and wet so some of the dishes looked like they were starting to grow mold. One cup appeared to have dried beans in it. The TV in the living room (and the only one we tried) had major issues when attempting to stream a show or movie. It seemed like more of an internet problem but the internet tested with more than plenty of power to stream so I am not sure what was wrong. I did reach out to Anthony regarding the TV but he was out of town for a family emergency. Thankfully, I am not a big TV watcher and my TV buff of a husband was working most of the trip so it wasn't a big deal. Anthony did respond quickly with troubleshooting possibilities however it did not work. Beyond those few issues the place was great. There was no ceiling fan in the master so they provide a mini fan on the nightstand that worked great! They had several pots, pans and utensils for me to cook every meal there. Overall, if my husband returns to the area for work we would return to Anthony's place.

Better than advertised. Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean. Neat. Quiet . We trailered to fish two days. Centrally located to La side and Texas side. Close to toledo town and restaurants . We ate in everyday. I will choose this again.

Beautiful Serenity.

This property was beautiful. Very quiet. Loved being able to sit out on the porch and relax while listening to all the sounds of wildlife from the lake. My kids enjoyed swimming in the lake. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, and so much outside space to enjoy. Close to good fishing. We enjoyed using the BBQ pit, the screened in patio, the s’mores machine and the family games. Would definitely stay here again.
