This spacious air-conditioned apartment will surprise you with its space, magnificent sea and vineyard views, south orientation and partially covered terrace. The covered terrace is furnished with a large round table and chairs suitable for 6 people, and the partially covered terrace contains a small lounge area and two sun loungers.

The apartment includes a large living-dining room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, induction hob, oven, wine cooler, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bodum coffee maker, filter coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, etc.), 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) with wardrobes and a bathroom each.
