Apartment next to the port of Duquesa. Located at the foot of the beach. It has four swimming pools with sea views. Large green areas with their hammocks in the pool areas. Padel tracks. Gym and bathrooms with showers in pool areas. Small library! The apartment consists of 2 rooms. Large double room with large bathroom in the room with access to a large terrace. The 2 bedroom is spacious with two separate beds. It has a toilet with shower. Large living room with double sofa beds with access to the terrace ... Kitchen with all appliances and utensils, laundry room. There is a parking space in the building, the plaza is private. The Residential has a door that attaches directly to the promenade and beach!
