Duquesa Village is located in Manilva, in the Duquesa area, adjacent to the Duquesa golf course. It is only 4 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from the beautiful and unspoilt beaches of Manilva and the Duquesa marina, with its many bars and restaurants. Also, if you are a golf lover, the Duquesa golf course is literally just around the corner and there are many others within a short drive. Sabinillas town center is a 7 minute drive or a pleasant 40 minute walk (you can walk along the promenade once you get to the port). Here you will find banks, pharmacies, clothing stores, hardware stores, etc. There is also a good selection of bars and restaurants located in Monte Duquesa, just a 15 minute walk away, and a small supermarket located in the port of Duquesa or Mercadona and Eroski, both 5 minutes away by car. If you want to visit the surroundings, cities like San Roque, Sotogrande, Tarifa or Gibraltar are only 15/20km away. As well as Gibraltar airport; It is the closest to Duquesa Village. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished in a modern style, with WIFI, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom and a covered terrace overlooking the pool; of which free access is allowed to guests. A utilities & service fee of EUR 94,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed.
