Não gostei do atendimento do Hotels.com O Itacuruca Palace Hotel está fechado com um aviso para se dirigir ao Hotel Plaza ao lado. A noite houve falta de energia e o gerador do Hotel Plaza não funcionou, tivemos que passar a virada do ano dentro do quarto. No dia seguinte o ar condicionado começou a jorrar água no quarto, procurei a gerência e tivemos que trocar de quarto.

Boa noite, não tinha piscina pois prédio estava manutenção e ficamos, no prédio ao lado e faltou luz não funcionava gerador ficamos sem luz até quase 2hs da manhã,, eu com duas crianças, uma autista e um bebê de 2 anos, foi muito triste esse réveillon.
