when we walked in, the place seemed decent for a starter but when we looked around we noticed a rip whole in the duvet which cut my foot while i was trying to sleep, which one is a safety issue and second a hazard to me and my wife who spent the night at the hotel. there was also a gap in the bed that was really uncomfortable and i managed to get a total of 20-30 minutes of sleep due to the gap between the 2 single beds, and the customer service was appalling from the receptionist, he was rude and didn’t make us feel welcome what so ever. and when we tried to do a late checkout we got refused and we had nowhere to stay while waiting for our train back to London which wasn’t yet to come for 4 hours, when asked why we couldn’t get a late checkout they had the worst reasoning possible, they said that we checked in too late, but we arrived at 6PM and check-in was between 2PM-8PM. they also said that we had to ask for later check out before breakfast which was not labeled in the guidelines. The whole experience for me and my wife was appalling and i wouldn’t recommend any of my friends and family to stay here again. for my waste of time and my injury i would like a full refund for this ridiculous stay at the Raddison Hotel.

We received a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet. Room is clean and large. Negatives were the hand wash and shower gel had run out and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. All first world world problems and we could have got it sorted but we were only here for one night… Restaurant was nice and food freshly cooked. Good hotel in the city.

I paid £237 for this room. I booked this hotel for me, my sister and my daughter as it’s close to the AO centre and we are here to see disney on ice. Upon booking, I was given the option to upgrade the room for an extra £37 per night, which I decided to go for… biggest regret. With the upgrade it says you will get a superior room, bathrobes and slippers, luxury toiletries and bottled water. We check into the room and it’s clear we haven’t been given any of the extras, the room was dirty, stains on the counter and a pubic hair on one of the towels. I go down to reception who send house keeping to replace the towels and bring the missing robes, slippers and water (I would like to add that the staff have been lovely). The robes are as rough as sandpaper and there’s nothing “luxury” about these toiletries. If staying here, don’t waste your money on the upgrade it’s definitely not worth it and I feel ripped off, you’d be better off in a standard room. The mattress is ridiculously hard, I know some people prefer a firmer a mattress but honestly I’ve laid on floors that have been softer. I woke with terrible backache. The spa/pool is a joke. The water was cold, the changing rooms were set to 18 and blowing cool air (not what you want when standing there dripping wet) the steam room is closed but we weren’t informed of this ahead of time. Also although it states no phones, people including staff and males were using them by the pool while my child is in her costume

We recently stayed at this hotel largely due to its close proximity to the Christmas market and our desire to enjoy the swimming pool and spa facilities. Given the cost of the room, I felt compelled to write a review. We had a family room, and check-in was prompt. The room was clean and of decent size, featuring a powerful, hot shower that was a delight. The bed was comfortable, and my son was happy with the sofa bed. Temperature controls in the room worked well, and noise levels were low, contributing to a good night’s sleep. Albeit, there were no extra pillows readily available. We only had two English teabags in the room, and as tea lovers, we had to request additional bags, which the staff provided promptly. We also found only one teaspoon available and had to retrieve another from the dining room. Breakfast was excellent, with a lovely selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good experience. However, given the price, I expected a few more amenities: two teaspoons in the room, more than two teabags of English tea, spare pillows, and bathrobes, especially since guests may visit the spa. My wife use the Sauna & she found the sauna temperature warm not hot, she enjoyed the temperature of the steam room.
