"Can Corem" is a luxurious finca located only 5 km from Manacor and only a few minutes from the beach. A quiet place, where your holidays will be unforgettable.
Perfect location, very close to Manacor. From here you can see 120.000 m2 of vineyards, fruit trees and other vegetation surrounding the house. "Finca Can Corem" invites you to spend a beautiful holiday in which you will only have to fill the fridge and enjoy the luxury that the villa offers.
Outside the house you will find spacious terraces on different levels, two of them covered where you can relax. The large swimming pool of 10m x 5.5m x 1.5m has a shallower area for children and is surrounded by lawns and sun loungers where you can sunbathe or play table tennis with your family or friends.
Inside the house you will find six air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 of them with double beds, 2 of 2m x 1.60m, 1 of 2m x 1.80m and another of 2m x 2m, and 2 of them with 2 single beds of 2m x 1m each, heating and their own TV. In the house there are 2 toilets and 6 bathrooms, 4 of them en suite, they have irons and hairdryers.
From the pool there is access to the basement, which is actually the ground floor. We find a covered terrace with dining table and mobile gas barbecue. From here we pass to a large room, with air-conditioned living room, kitchen and gas barbecue, where you can enjoy the best Mediterranean food and a toilet in the bottom door. On the right hand side, we find the first bedroom, with 2 single beds, which has a small separate living room and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Entering the house, we reach a spacious hall. On the right hand side is the modern, fully equipped, high quality kitchen. It is equipped with nespresso coffee machine, hob, microwave, electric oven, kettle and much more and is open to the dining room and living room. There are 3 comfortable sofas, 1 armchair, TV and a fireplace with wood burner included in the price to spend long winter evenings with a good glass of wine and good company. Next to this is another sitting room, with several seating areas, including a poker table, which leads back into the hall. Opposite are the stairs and to the left is a corridor. The first door on the right is a toilet, the second is a bathroom with a bathtub, the third is a bedroom with a double bed and the fourth is a bedroom with 2 single beds.
Going up the stairs, we reach an office with an open library. On the right hand side we find two large bedrooms, almost identical, each with a sitting area with a sofa, TV and a small desk separate from the bedroom, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. On the left hand side there is another large bedroom, with formal lounge, area with 2 exercise machines, double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
There is a garage with space for 2 cars and enough space to park several cars outside.
The owner offers guests a purchase service for a small fee. The groceries are handed over by the owner during the check in, so you can start your holiday without any worries.
