This charming holiday home is located in a brand new building nested in the heart of the picturesque fisherman's district of Pedregalejo
The property is set up as a duplex-style home, on two different floors, both with terrace.
When entering the main floor, you will find two double bedrooms, with plenty of closet space, one of them giving directly onto a large terrace, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and living room areas. It is tastefully decorated with light Mediterranean tones reminiscent of the neighborhood it is located in.
A stairwell takes you to the top floor where you will an amazing rooftop terrace with outdoors furniture and a BBQ area to enjoy al fresco dining.
This is the perfect holiday home in Malaga for you to experience both traditional Andalusian and urban living, while being minutes away from the beach.
The property features high-speed internet and air-condidioning throughout. A parking space is available, subject to availability, for 15€ per day in a building nearby.

Amazing stay
We enjoyed 3 incredible weeks at this apartment in Pedregalejo. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable, this is a lovely quiet area. We did not hear any noise at all at for sleeping. It is very conveniently located close to a bus stop. There is also a large supermarket and pharmacy close by. We hope to return again to this area.
I just spent a magical few nights in this townhouse. It was perfect. I kept thinking…”I’d love to live here!”- the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The bed and linen so divine I have since ordered the same bedding in NY! The outdoor space, patio and roof top patio made me so happy. And the location was perfect. Two blocks from the water. My happy place in Malaga and I’m sure I’ll be back. Thank you beautiful townhouse for taking such great care of me

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung, aber nichts für Ruhesuchende
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gut.
Man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen, dass es keinerlei Sichtschutz an den Fenstern gibt. Die Aussenrolladen will man ja nicht den ganzen Tag herunterlassen, aber nur im Bad ist das Fenster mit Milchglas versehen.
Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Der Tisch im Essbereich hatte noch feine Krümel auf der Platte. Ebenso die Infomappe, die dort lag. Ein Trinkglas im Schrank hatte angetrocknete Reste von Saft oder Smoothie. Ein Oberbettbezug hatte einen Fleck, der nach Kaffee aussah.
Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch, Strand und diverse Lokale sind fussläufig erreichbar. Eine ruhige Unterkunft ist dies jedoch nicht, denn der Verkehr von der viel befahrenen Calle Colombia ist trotz einer dazwischen liegenden Häuserzeile noch deutlich zu hören - auch spätabends noch. Selbst mitten in der Nacht wird schon mal ein Motorrad unter dem Schlafraum gestartet. Man darf also nicht empfindlich sein.
Für unseren Mietwagen mussten wir jeweils einen Parkplatz in den umliegenden Straßen finden und auch wirklich gut rückwärts einparken können.
Pedregalejo ist eine gute Wahl, was das Umfeld angeht. Es ist ein von Einheimischen bewohnter Stadtteil nur 5 km zur Innenstadt und bietet für Touristen diverse Lokale (vielfach Fisch) entlang der Strandpromenade. Man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Fernstraßen auch für Besuche in Sevilla, Granada und Córdoba.
