Malaga

The rooms are decent size and hotel is in good condition. Location is good, close to the train station and bus stop. However the beds were not comfortable and needs changing in rhe near future. Also the air-conditioning is so old that is barely works and being so hot in Malaga, this was very uncomfortable. For a short stay, this is ok however I would not recommend for longer stays.

Close to train station

I chose Don Paco Hotel due to its closeness to Malaga railway station. It is less than a five minute walk. We arrived way before check in time but our room was ready. The room was a decent size, clean and very quiet. There was plenty of hot water for showers. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Roman Theatre through back streets and parkland.

The hotel was in a great location for transport links and walkable to the city centre and marina. The staff were friendly, efficient and the room was good too. The breakfast options were good value for money. Highly recommended hotel.

We arrived earlier than check in time and the reception were very helpful in allocating our room early. This enabled us to freshen up before going into the city. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard which was a very quiet location and suited us more than one at the front which may be noisier due to traffic. The Hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the city centre, however is only minutes from the train and bus station, a very good location for us. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff friendly and attentive. We checked out after breakfast but we were able to leave our luggage until about 16.00 when we made our way to the airport. Reception staff were very helpful. In conclusion the hotel is at a good location for public transport, it is comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel

Nicely renovated hotel - lobby area and rooms. Toilet and bathrooms ensuite are still old, but OK. Except that the shower leaks after each shower. They have tried to use silicon to fix it but failed. Air conditioning unit in the room is also not working. But being cooler weather, it was fine. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly and warm. Close to both the train and bus stations. Very convenient to walk across and also to the city centre & port area.

We love Malaga and wanted on this trip to be near the mainline station for an early train ride so this hotel was perfectly placed and a short walk in the morning for our early start. Not much around the area for dinner options but we tried the big hotel at the station and it was fantastic

Great location

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. A quick 5-6 minute walk. Also only about a 20 minute walk to the tourist areas. I was very pleased.

Newly renovated rooms. But we found ants in room.very friendly and helpful staff. Next to train station. A bit far from old city but not too bad (11-12 min taxi and 20 min walk or public transport).
