また宿泊したいのですが・・・・・

部屋の掃除は行き届いていましたが、部屋の臭いが臭かった。臭いに敏感なので事前に空気清浄機設置のお願いをしておいたのですがかなわなかったです。一日中部屋の窓を開けて寝ました。ロビーにいた男性の従業員の態度、挨拶がホテルマンとしては不十分だったと思います。レストランにいた女性従業員の方は親切にしていただき、オレンジの絞り方などを教えていただき助かりました。
