Perfect

While I do speak a little German, Frank spoke perfect English. He was extraordinarily accommodating in assisting with any needs and very prompt with communications. He had great ideas when we didn’t. The property itself was extra clean and there wasn’t anything it was lacking. The little backyard was an absolute treat to enjoy on a sunny day, sipping on a local glass of wine and writing out postcards. The location was also prime; nice to be adjacent from the center of the Mainz (less than 10 min drive), and yet it felt so quaint as if you were away from it all. Beautifully quiet at night. Felt very safe. Stayed for a week. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful little gem

In summer, Laubenheim is an excellent retreat from hot and busy Mainz. The rental property is spacious and quite and the landlord/lady are most helpful. The parking spot in the gated courtyard is a bonus. Excellent value for money.

We are grateful for our week-long stay in Mainz-Laubenheim! My wife, two teenage children, and I enjoyed the clean, cozy, apartment as well as the quiet and privacy. It was the perfect place to return to after a day spent seeing regional sights. The apartment was as advertised in all respects from the WiFi and laundry, to the pool and off street parking. Frank was a very warm and gracious host. He was willing to help us in any way and had prepared information on local restaurants, grocery stores, train schedules, and more. In short, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you again, Frank!

Amazing place with even better host

The apartment is extremely well equipped and clean. There are plenty of towels, plates, cups and cutlery for a big party staying for multiple days. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. Frank was INCREDIBLY accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Amazing service, could not as for a better host.

Wonderful Stay in Mainz-Laubenheim

This apartment is just great, anything and everything was there. The attention to detail was impressive, even a washing machine was available. The kitchen was complete. The bathroom was large and well laid out. The unit was spotless and comfortable. A big plus was the conversations with the owner, Frank and his wife. Great advice and very nice people. Bus stop a short walk, grocery stores close by. Private parking spot for our car a big plus. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful experience!

My travel partner and I spent a week at this lovely, cozy, spotless apartment conveniently located in Mainz/Laubenheim. The owner was very personable, friendly and helpful as far as what to see and do in this area as well as attentive to any needs that surfaced. I would strongly recommend this property to any visitor. Great base to explore Mainz and the Rhein-Main area

After a few years, this was our second one week stay with family Seck. And just as good as the first time. Frank is an attentive and gracious host, who only becomes visible when you need him. The flat is spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We only did breakfast there, but one could easily cook full meals. With kids, the washing machine in the basement was a bonus. And so was the access to our “private” garden with outside sitting areas (with and without roof). Having a parking space in the gated driveway is very nice as street parking appears to be in scarce supply. We like Laubenheim as a base for trips not only to Mainz (10 minutes to the city center) but also to Frankfurt, Heidelberg (1 hour) etc. Not so hot as Mainz in the summer and quiet at night.

Weihnachtsurlaub in Mainz

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft um Weihnachten herum verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Lage von Mainz Laubenheim. Trotzdem ist die Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz ist hervorragend, circa 5 min Fussweg bis zum Bahnhof mit Bus- und SBahn-Anbindung. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und alles hat super geklappt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine Woche in Mainz

Schöne Ferienwohnung - Ă€lteres Haus, aber sehr gut renoviert. Netter Gastgeber, der uns ausfĂŒhrlich mit Informationen versorgt hat. Kurzer Weg zu Bus und Bahn. Liegt am "Kleinen Mainzer Höhenweg", der durch die Weinberge fĂŒhrt. Burgenrundfahrt Bingen / RĂŒdesheim (1,5 Std) hat uns gefallen. Gegessen haben wir einmal im Mainzer Hof, war sehr gut und reichlich. Wer auf Burgen und Kirchen / Dome steht, findet in der Umgebung genug davon. Ansonsten kann man auch gut am Rhein spazieren oder verweilen.

Wir waren hoch zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung war top ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Gleichzeitig war alles wunderbar sauber. Von dem Standort aus kann man in alle Richtungen schöne TagesausflĂŒge unternehmen. Außerdem wurden wir vom Vermieter toll betreut. Werden die Wohnung unseren Freunden empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Pool...wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern
14 u. 4 Jahre) haben hier eine gute Zeit verbracht! Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung und der Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Mainzer Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen und auch die nĂ€here Umgebung hat so einiges zu bieten. Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Herr Seck ist sehr nett und ist immer ansprechbar. Das Highlight fĂŒr unsere Tochter war der Pool der auch ausgiebig genutzt wurde, wĂ€hrend wir das mediterrane Feeling im Garten genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die StadtnĂ€he ist prima, Mainz und die Rheinumgebung haben so einiges zu bieten. Wir werden unseren Urlaub in bester Erinnerung halten. Und noch mal vielen Dank an Familie Seck.

Trotz Corona-EinschrÀnkungen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und hat allen Komfort, den ich, da ich nun allein war wegen der Reiseabsage meiner Schwester aus Norwegen, gar nicht ausnutzen konnte. Ich habe dennoch viel unternommen und die Tage genossen. Ich danke der Familie Seck sehr herzlich u. wĂŒnsche alles Gute.

Eine wunderbare Zeit

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung hatte fĂŒr uns viele tolle Eigenschaften: sie ist toll ausgestattet, die Wohngegend ruhig, SpielplĂ€tze sind nahegelegen, gute Anbindung an die Stadt... fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit 2 kleinen Kindern war die Ferienwohnung ideal. Besonders viel Freude hatten wir an dem Pool, sowie an kurzen AusflĂŒgen in die Mainzer Innenstadt. Die Waschmaschine war ein Segen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich topp ausgestattet (von SpĂŒlmaschinentabs ĂŒber Waschmaschine bis zum GlĂ€tteisen). In der Umgebung gibt es unzĂ€hlige hervorragende WeingĂŒter und eine schöne Natur. Die Stadt Meinz hat eine wunderschöne Innenstadt mit hĂŒbschen CafĂ©s und GeschĂ€ften und auch bei schlechtem Wetter viele Ausflugsziele.

Ganz fantastisch, toll ausgestattet & super Gastgeber

Wir haben uns SEHR wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist wunschlos ausgestattet (sogar GlĂ€tteisen und vor allem jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele!), super sauber. FußlĂ€ufig sind ein Edeka und Spielplatz. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die FeWo vor allem auch mit Kindern empfehlen!!!!
