Simply open the terrace door and the sea will be at your feet. Turquoise colored water, the white beach in the form of a crescent. Sit and watch and listen to the slight movement of the coming and going of the sea... Private access to the beach "Anse Bernik".

This luxurious garden apartment is the only one-bedroom in such a privileged position and with direct access to a beach. Unspoilt view into nature.

Palm trees, straw-covered sun umbrellas and the scenery of the mountains of Mahé in the background. Relaxation for body and soul from the first second on. Most exclusive location on Eden Island, in a small block of 12 apartments, comprising of ground-floor and first floor only.

The holiday domicile is completely equipped: Air-conditioning, Miele washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee-maker, coffee press pot, filtered drinking water, free WiFi Fiber optic cable, Smart TV. Fans in all rooms (incl. terrace), golf-cart, parking bay for the rental car. Cleaning twice a week and final cleaning included.

The bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower, two sinks) and separate toilet with bidet, has direct access to a patio surrounded by plants. 2 chairs and a table in the patio.

There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (190 x 145 cm).

The terrace and the small garden above the beach are shady and protected from the wind. West facing. Enjoy the colors of the setting sun. Equipped with 4 chairs and table, 2 loungers, Weber BBQ (gas).
