A large early 20th-century farmhouse, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Magliano Alfieri Castle, just 3 km from the entrance to Alba, nestled between the Langhe and Roero hills. A strategic location for exploring Alba and all the wonderful nearby destinations such as Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many more.
The farmhouse features a spacious courtyard and a garden where guests can enjoy relaxing moments. Inside, the original style has been preserved while incorporating modern elements. It’s the ideal setting for one or two large families looking to spend unforgettable moments together.
The name of the farmhouse honors Agostino (Ghistu in Piedmontese), the grandfather of the current owner, a well-known local figure with a deeply creative spirit.
