Poor hotel

Absolutely rubbish, do not waste your money on this hotel. Smell of gasoline in the elevator and the power kept going off in the elevator. Save your money and go elsewhere

No management and left the guests stranded at the.

It was an awful experience. No beds available according to the booking. I booked it for family room 3 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival I was told that only one room of 2 single beds avaliable. 3 adults Have to sleep on the single 6cm thick matteresses.

It was ok but wire hanging off of the ceilings, shower didn't work too well and apparently you need to buy your own toilet paper. Its an apartment they rent out, not really hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Very Rude staff . Asked receptionist Obaid if he could provide cups (plastic or glass) as kettle and cooker were provided in the room but I was told “You are not in 5 star hotel” . Either the kettle and cooker should be removed or 5 Riyal plastic cups should be provided . If not , simply state on website that we can’t provide cups or basics. I am feeling sorry for the owner as he was a gentleman. Perhaps , too soft to run business . Giving 2 stars due to him otherwise giving Zero.
