- Craziest check in process- - Asked for a double bed and got 4 single beds. - no shower curtain (water went everywhere when showering) - no tv remote - no bag drop when checking out -only one room key - dirty -smelt of smoke This is just to name a few

The location was brilliant, but the room was not clean before we got it. Only the bed linen was changed. The four beds had no space between them. No towels were in the room. There was a kettle but no complimentary beverage sachets.

The hotel is just opposite to Anwar Almadina hotel , very close to the Haram Area around is nice Hotel is relatively old No coffee or tea is available inside the room Water pressure is not that good in the bathroom
