O local tinha tudo pra ser ótimo, mas não é! Uma boa estrutura com uma péssima gestão e atendimento horrível. O cardapio do café e da janta são bons. Tive problema com a limpeza do quarto, a pessoa que limpava levava as toalhas de banho e rosto sujas e não deixava novas, fez isso por 3 dias. Apos chegar da praia querendo tomar um banho tinha que aguardar de 30-45 minutos pelas toalhas. A praia da frente do hotel é boa, porém tem água viva, nada exagerado mas vi algumas pessoas saindo do mar com dores pois foram queimados.

Positivo - Estrutura nova - Tamanho do quarto - Piscina ampla + beach club com piscina - Opções de restaurantes terceirizados (Japonês - péssimo, um absurdo de caro pelo tamanho das porções - não vá!), hambúrguer é um italiano com pizza - Praia ótima Negativos - Tamanho do restaurante - um caos pra tomar café, almoçar e jantar - Alimentação pouca variedade e por quotas, acabou não há mais reposição. Foi tarde, se deu mal… - Toalhas trocam só a cada 2 dias, toalhas da piscina só trocam depois das 10h e das 12h-15h não há troca - Raquetes de tênis é uma vergonha. Parece de badminton - Recreação não existe, um que outro gato pingado com zero vontade.

We had problems from the moment we arrived; there were no face towels, bath soap, or blankets. I called the hotel reception several times, and they always said they were bringing what was missing, but they never did. The towels weren't changed, and one day we arrived at the room and found the bathroom trash bag inside the sink. This trash remained in the room for two days waiting to be removed by the cleaning staff.
