I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. We enjoyed so much about staying in Hotel Golden Dragon. The staff were so friendly to let us feel welcome, the location was convenient to everywhere. We also could use the free shattle bus. There was a supermarket near by for us to purchase food, fruit, etc. Thanks.

Good hotel with courteous staff.

A relatively short visit, but I was very happy with this hotel. Our taxi dropped us off actually behind hotel and there was some confusion where to find the entrance. The room was nice, staff courteous and the amenities great. The area was not too far from where we wanted to go. I especially liked the complimentary fruit basket. A nice touch!
