The quiet apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. You reach the apartment via a private door with a separate staircase.
The apartment is completely renovated u. equipped with modern, bright furniture. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen u. a bath.
The daylight - shower room is completely renovated in 2016 u. consists of shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer.
The bedroom was newly furnished in 2017. It is quiet and completely darkened
A high quality sofa bed in the living room offers next to the bedroom a place to stay for up to 2 people. The dining area for 4 people in the living room offers a fantastic view of the water, in the living room is the flat screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils useful for self-catering. Here is an additional small dining area.
The apartment has its own sitting area with outdoor furniture. In the garden there are 2 beach chairs, which are gladly used by our guests.

Maasholm lohnt sich

Die Ferienwohnung war wieder einfach nur "toll". Der Ausblick wie auf dem Foto und manchmal sogar ganz herrliche Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Eine Ferienwohnung mit totalem Wohlfühlcharakter. Ankommen und sich Zuhause fühlen.Einrichtung, Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung sind ein Garant für Entspannung pur. Wir werden ganz schnell wieder kommen und den Ausblick auf die Schlei die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Ostsee genießen.

Herrliche, gemütliche Wohnung mit Wasserblick

Wir bekamen ganz einfach mit einem Schlüsselcode unseren Schlüssel, somit konnten wir ganz unabhängig anreisen. Genügend Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, die Betten sehr bequem und in der Küche fanden wir alles, was der Hobbykoch benötigt. Die Frühstücksbrötchen gibts in Maasholm beim Bäcker, sehr lecker. Aber unschlagbar ist der Ausblick auf die Schlei direkt aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster, traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung trägt ihren Namen mit Recht.

Gute Ausstattung, gute bis sehr gute Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert, mit Einschränkung für lange Leute wegen der Schrägen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, guter Service (Check in und out), Erholung garantiert. Gruß und ein frohes neues Jahr aus Xanten Angelika Mathia-Lucks
