The location was perfect, the staff helpful, the breakfast delicious. The construction taking place just outside is annoying, but not the hotel's fault.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction work being done in the front and back of the hotel so it is dusty and noisy . The room was very clean but the lights next to the bed are too low to read with and the whole room could use more lighting. The bathroom was great, spacious and spotless. Our room got the afternoon sun and we could not get it cool enough for comfortable sleeping The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Nice big towels in bathroom. There was a lot of construction in the front of hotel and it was a little difficult to find the entrance the 1st time. But, not fault of the hotel. It was also walking distance to sites.

Check-in was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The hotel boasts a pleasant ambiance with stylish interiors, consistent with Radisson's quality. It was ok. Pretty basic but then it's one of the cheaper hotels in the city. Staff were nice and check in was easy. We both found the beds very uncomfortable, there was only one very thin pillow each and the light from the fridge was very bright at night (I ended up hanging a coat over it!)

We had a nice one night stay here. It is located near everything. It was helpful to have read another review that said you have to take an elevator to the lobby. There is construction going on around the building and I may not have seen the entrance otherwise.

Great stay but construction noise

Overall the hotel was great. As others have mentioned there is construction currently on both sides of the hotel. It does start in the morning so if you do plan to sleep in this might not be the best place. Service was fantastic however and the bed was very comfortable

Great location with easy parking

This hotel is fine for a one night stop over. Its location is above a shopping Mall if you enter from the front of the street you have to get a lift up to reception which was a surprise when we arrived. Parking is very easy and is round the back of the hotel so you can enter the hotel at the rear direct into the reception. Location is perfect with everything within walking distance.
