The 90 square meter 3-room apartment in the 2nd OG is located in the front house. In. 1 Bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2,00 m) and the second Bedroom 2 single beds (0,90x2,00 m). 2 more people can sleep in the living room on the comfortable sofa bed (1,40x2,00 m). A special highlight is the winter garden or the reading corner with a relaxation zone and bookcase directed the quiet courtyard. Here you also have a separate WC. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and a hair dryer. On request, and in consultation with the landlord a washing machine can be set up. The kitchen has electric stove / oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and further extensive kitchen interior. A large dining table can accommodate 6 persons in the living room there is a 55 inch flat screen television, a home theater system with Blu-ray DVD player incl. Radio.

The modern and fully equipped apartments are quietly located right in the center of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, close to the historic market square and the St. Mary's Church. Walk on the historical tracks of Martin Luther or just enjoy a long shopping tour.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Einzig störend war, dass man durch die Anlieferung im Blumenladen darunter, sehr zeitig geweckt wurde.

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Zentral und dennoch ruhig liegt diese schöne und geräumige Stadtwohnung in Wittenberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Einchecken klappte problemlos. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Mitten im Stadtzentrum

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man hört auch keinen Autoverkehr, da die Fenster auf eine Fußgängerstraße gehen. Was man dafür leider hört, sind frühmorgendliche Warenlieferungen für die Geschäfte und nächtliche Spaziergänger/Touristen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Etwas unglücklich ist, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen hat. Es gibt zwar ein Fenster, das geht aber auf den genannten Wintergartenbereich. Auch wenn man dort außerdem das Fenster öffnet, kommt nicht allzuviel im Schlafzimmer an. Was sehr praktisch ist: man kann das Haus sowohl über die Fußgängerzone, als auch über den Hof/Parkplatz betreten.
