Eider pearl cottage - between North Sea and river landscape

Welcome to our Eider pearl. We offer you a friendly-open house in the region Eiderstedt / North Sea.

What to expect: 130 square meters on two floors. On the upper floor there are two large double bedrooms (with window blinds). One also has a desk and a sofa bed, the other space for a travel cot (optional, just specify when booking, then we can provide it). There is a smaller bedroom that can be turned into a double room. Upstairs there is a guest toilet.

In the EC you expect a large full bath with separate shower cubicle and a well-equipped kitchen. In the cozy living / dining room you will find a fireplace and a dining table. The house is equipped family-friendly: changing table, high chair, bottle warmer and washing machine are also available. There is a garden with beach chair and barbecue. Barbecues are only allowed in spring and summer.

Lunden is a quiet place, located in front of the peninsula Eiderstedt and in the midst of the Eider river landscape. The area is great for cycling, swimming, hiking, sailing. The very touristic places Tönning and Friedrichstadt are only 6-10 km away and are easy to reach by bus and train (car anyway). Whether chilling on the beach or a boat tour through the canals of Friedrichstadt - there are many recreational opportunities in the area.

You can also have a bike from the rental delivered to your doorstep and cycle to the water, stroll along the farm cafés or make a tour to the most famous lighthouse in Germany (Westerhever). We have a great natural swimming area on the Eider, about 10 minutes away by bike. 10 minutes walk away is the outdoor pool.
Eiderstedt and the North Sea are also beautiful destinations. In Lunden itself you get everything for your daily needs: supermarket, bakeries, doctors, restaurants and restaurants - mentioned by Michelin Guide to the doner kebab.


Lunden has a train station and is conveniently located on the railway line Hamburg - Sylt. The "Eideperle" is just a five-minute walk (350 m) from the train station. Friedrichstadt is only one stop away (6 minutes drive), but you can also drive through to Westerland on Sylt and spend an island day there.

Wir haben ein Familienwochenende mit 8 Personen aus 3 Generationen im Haus Eiderperle verbracht. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Sehr gefallen hat uns. dass man nach gemeinsamer Vorbereitung auch zusammen am großen Tisch in der Küche essen kann. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, zum einen da wir zum Teil mit der Bahn angereist sind und das Haus nur 5 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt ist, zum anderen sind die von uns besuchten Ausflugsziele Friedrichstadt, Westerhever und Tönning gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl!

Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit leider mangelhaft (Spinnen u. Spinnweben, welche eigenständig entfernt wurden). Der Garten hat Potenzial, wirkte aber ungepflegt. Auf unsere Rückmeldung bei FeWo zeigte die Vermieterin keinerlei Verständnis – für ein verlängertes Wochenende wollten wir uns jedoch nicht mit solchen Selbstverständlichkeiten befassen.

Drei Familien auf einem Haufen-in diesem Haus-das war ein Traum! Die Kinder hatten draußen und drinnen genügend Platz zum Spielen, alle haben gut geschlafen und zum Essen war die Küche fast besser ausgestattet als zu Hause Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gern weiter.

Saubere Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir verbrachten ein tolles Wochenende im Ferienhaus Eiderperle. Es war sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche war genug Geschirr und Equipment für große Gruppen vorhanden. Wir haben gern im Garten gesessen, wo wir unser Kleinkind von einem Jahr sorgenlos spielen lassen konnten. Danke auch für die beiden netten Telefonate vorab! Schönes altes Haus mit tollem Grundstück in guter Ausgangslage

Der 12-tägige Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, weshalb die Böden im Obergeschoss etwas krumm und schief sind. Die Betten im Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa waren unbequem. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Durch den großen Garten konnte man auch mal einen Tag mit den Kindern in der Unterkunft verbringen, ohne dass Langeweile aufkam. Zwei Bäcker sind fußläufig entfernt und bieten auch reine Dinkelbrötchen an, was uns positiv aufgefallen ist. Ein Rewe ist mit dem Auto 3 Minuten entfernt. Generell ist der Ort ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die meisten Strände an der Nordsee sind ca. 35 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt (z.B. St. Peter Ording). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Unsere Ferien in Lunden waren echt schön. Alles ist sehr einfach gelaufen: Booking, Ankunft, Aufenthalt, Abreise und Kommunikation mit den Vermieter*innen. Das Haus ladet ganz einfach zum Entspannen ein. Eine grosse Empfehlung!

Entspannter Urlaub mit Freunden

Sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Kommunikation immer schnell und zielführend. Alles sehr sauber. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Negativ aufgefallen ist nur das stark quietschende Bett im Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Dies raubte einem Mitreisenden leider den Schlaf, sonst alles super.

Das Objekt war ganz gut, besonders der Garten war toll! Insgesamt ein kinderfreundliches Objekt mit Spielen und vielen Möglichkeiten. Kleines Manko: Das große Badezimmer war zwar sauber, aber irgendwie hat Wohnlichkeit gefehlt und die Dusche müsste überholt werden.
