A centrally located flat of approximately 65 sqm, situated only 50 metres from the lakeside promenade of Luino. The accommodation offers a double bedroom, a bright living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower and a balcony from which you can enjoy a pleasant view.

There is also a convenient communal drying room in the attic, ideal for longer stays.

There is free parking for the car about 30 metres from the house.

One of the main attractions of the municipality of Luino is its renowned market, which is very popular with foreign visitors and livens up the town's atmosphere.

Luino's strategic location facilitates access to the famous islands of Lake Maggiore: Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori. In addition, renowned Swiss resorts such as Lugano, Ascona and Bellinzona are within easy reach.



Luino is the ideal starting point for exploring the various beaches in the vicinity. In about ten minutes you can reach Maccagno, home to the largest beach in the area. In addition to the beaches, one can also go hiking in the surrounding mountains, from where one can admire wonderful views of Lake Maggiore.
