Quinta das Salinas is a small development approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport. Close to the beach the development is within 5 minutes drive of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago Golf Courses, horse riding, shops and restaurants. This townhouse is on 3 levels up to 6 people, it is within walking distance of the beach. WI-Fi included
The property is a spacious 3-bedroom duplex, with a dining room, living room, and a fully fitted kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms are on the ground floor; therefore, it is unnecessary to bring luggage or golf gear up the stairs. There is a 1st-floor balcony with views of trees and the nice neighborhood. Private ground-floor patio with sunbeds. It is located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, with parking space in front of the building.

The property is a few minutes walking distance to the boardwalk leading to the beach.

Quinta Salinas has beautiful nature, within walking distance of the sandy beaches and the natural park of Ria Formosa. . The location is popular with golf and beach lovers.
