This spacious 70m² apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, with two bedrooms equipped with two double beds and an additional sofa bed. The privileged location allows you to enjoy stunning sea views and be just a few steps away from the golden sandy beach.



The interior is completely functional and well-equipped. It features air conditioning, electric heating, Wi-Fi internet and a fully independent kitchen with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for home-cooked meals.



The only bathroom has a shower and is fully prepared to ensure the comfort of all guests. The outdoor area has garden and terrace furniture, perfect for moments of relaxation outdoors.



Located just 10 metres from Quarteira beach, the apartment is strategically situated near supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The short distance from Faro airport, Vila Sol golf course and various tourist attractions makes this space an ideal location to explore the best of the Algarve.

Perfect property with everything you need. Beautiful views from the balcony. Lovely and clean with plenty clean towels. Beds are firm which I’m good with but my friend felt too firm. Could do with a few more pillows but that’s possibly just me liking a good few. Shower not very powerful but adequate. Very friendly and accommodating rep met us at the property. Overall a lovely stay. Close to a road but heard nothing from it in bed.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. It is located ideally for a short walk into the town, supermarkets, shops and restaurants very close. Great views of the sea, beach and harbour.

Beach Bliss!

We were looking for a property to allow us to have a nice and laidback type of vacation. This was the definitely the apartment to help us meet that criteria! Relaxing: just a few steps away from the busy beach (but did not feel overly crowded) and a balcony overlooking the action on the boardwalk while enjoying sunrise/sunset. Practical: only a few street corners away from the nearest grocery stores (Minipreço and Jafers). Kitchen is nicely laid out for meal preparation. Good selection of nearby restaurants and shops. Comfortable: Nice room layout. Comfy living/dining room. Really enjoyed having the option of leaving windows open during the day to benefit of the sea breeze and then using A/C for sleeping (great to have the window roller shutters). Our only complaint is that the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable; this should be definitely improved. Also, a few suggestions to the property manager: could of used a few more basic kitchen items like salt, pepper (basic spices) and paper towels. Would of appreciated beach towels, and access to umbrella and small selection of beach toys. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed Quarteira!

Amazing ocean view within the apartment and balcony.

This updated apartment is perfect for long stays. It has everything you need including washer and cloths dryer. HP Properties and their host were friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is I would recommend a better quality mattress. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants comfortable stay in beautiful Quarteira Beach.
