The Paddock Container Bar & Game Yard is an approximately 2,500 square foot outdoor courtyard at A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark in the heart of downtown Louisville. This booking includes exclusive, private use of the space for your reserved event window, no other guests, no shared schedule.



The space includes:

Capacity: Up to 75 Guests



Access: Ground level, West stairwell side of the building, Paddock entrance



This is a space rental only. A12's suites and overnight guest rooms are not included with this booking. As an open-air space, events are weather-dependent, ask your Trip Coordinator about rain contingency options.

Tucked behind a hidden door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. Not included with this listing, but available to add for indoor backup space or an extended event.

🚗 18 parking spots are available onsite, providing convenient and secure parking for guests. Additional parking is available at nearby parking garages.

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve a Super Stays property or event space.

Your safety is our priority. A12 Suites features advanced security systems with exterior and common area cameras, individual access codes, and enhanced keycode entry throughout the property.



The Paddock is a monitored common area. Security cameras cover the Paddock itself, the NHS Speakeasy, both the East and West stairwells, the elevator, The Provisions Hall, and the entire exterior of the property. All cameras are disclosed in compliance with OTA and venue-rental policy.



!!! Important Notes !!!

Parties and events must be approved in advance and in writing to ensure appropriate arrangements 🎈.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors 🌙. As an outdoor space, events scheduled to run past 10 PM require advance approval, and amplified sound may be restricted.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.



Guest Access:

Touchless entry. You'll receive access instructions and a unique pin code ahead of your event, valid only for your reserved time window. The building has a separate building access code for entry. The Paddock has its own access point, included exclusively with this booking, on the West stairwell side of the building.
