Interesting concept with no room keys or front desk. A bit overpriced on weekends for the offseason, but weekday rates are fine. Very large spacious rooms. A few minor issues I could nit pick about but very nice accommodations.

Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax.

This property is very clean, it was incredibly easy to get into the building, room, etc. No issues at all with the virtual part of the check in. It does list amenities as having "free parking" but on the check in did seem like they were going to charge - so will be looking into that. That aside, the location was great - next to restaurant, ice cream parlor, arcade and mini-golf. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was bigger than some apartments I've lived in! Huge living room, full kitchen, dining table, small balcony that overlooks the water, two rooms down a long hall. Rooms were large, comfortable. Great stay. Room did feel a bit barren at times, there were numerous alcoves that could have had an easy chair along with a lamp, for instance, and the living room could have done with a side table somewhere. But the minimal furniture likely just makes it easier to clean - and it was very clean, very comfortable.

Advertised as having “kitchenette” had a refrigerator and somewhat of a coffee pot, I don’t drink coffee so that was not important. Did not have microwave in the room, I have not stayed in a hotel without microwave in room in 25 years. That’s unheard of, the only microwave is in a common are where the ice machine is not even on same floor. You shouldn’t have to go to another floor and then wait because someone else is using it. Would not stay here again unless that has changed.

The property was easily accessable, clean and in new condition. the room size was very good. The furniture could have been better. the two chairs were not confortable and the king size bed was too low to the floor and the mattress was not confortable.

The property was beautiful and the room was awesome. We were very impressed with all the amenities that the hotel provided. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 was because the towel rack was missing and the wall rack was coming away from the wall. And, there was no hot water the first day. Also, the check in process took too long. Jan was so helpful and we appreciated her assistance. We would definitely stay again.
