- High-speed broadband fiber wifi.

- New HVAC system for year-round comfort.

- Smart 55" TV with Roku and Samsung sound system.

- Dedicated home office set up with 24 inch monitor/keyboard/mouse available upon request

- You live in my home, not a hotel. We put a lot of effort into creating this home, please treat this place with respect.

- Our home is a SHOES-OFF home ☺️ Please TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF when entering.

- You will not have to do any type of chores upon check-out since it is included in the cleaning fee.

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.

- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellation.

- This is main unit at the property, with private entrance, private backyard and complete privacy. It is also very spacious. There is another smaller private residence on the same lot.
